About the Event

Present your business in a unique way in our after-hours mixer. This event is for Brides and their entourage only. Each vendor will be given an opportunity to display their business or product on one of our whiskey barrels at the event. Space is limited, so only three vendors in each category will be allowed. Each registered vendor will be required to provide a door prize with a minimum value of $500.00. The Door Prize must not require the winner to make a purchase of the exhibitors’ product and or service to redeem the prize. Offering a discount on a purchase does not qualify as a door prize. Door prizes cannot be contingent upon attending any event or obligation. The door prize must include a full description of the prize and the name of your company so that you can receive credit for the prize. The prize must be packaged for stage presentation aesthetics. You must deliver your prize to Rockin H Ranch one day prior to the event or no later than 9 am the morning of the event.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Highlights

  • A program guide with a list of all vendors will be handed out to all attendees
  • Advertised across key social media platforms
  • Direct email marketing to over 5,000+ list in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
  • Listing your company’s logo and web link on our website for 90 days after the event
  • All participating vendors will receive a digital list of attendees within 72 Hrs after the event concludes

Registration is completely FREE. However, all vendors are required to provide a door prize (according to the specifications above).

VENDOR REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS: In order to register, please follow the steps below.

  2. Next press the "checkout" button
  3. After that, you'll be sent to the registration form
  4. Fill out the requested fields
  5. Click the submit button
  6. An email will be sent with registration confirmation for the event (NOTE: Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox).
