Silver Spurs: 2021 Fall Festival Sponsor Registration ($500)

Present your business in a unique way at our fall festival extravaganza! Each sponsor will be given an opportunity to display their business or product at one of our event spaces. Details are below:

The Silver Spurs option includes:

Both Days

- All signage, flyers, and social media exposure

- Business spotlight by MC or DJ thanking sponsors throughout the event

Friday, October 29th private Sponsor Event

- Two food and drink tickets

* Additional food/drink tickets can be purchased separately (below)

- Scarecrow Building Contest

(Grand Prize winner receives Rockin H Event Venue - $8,000 value to host a company party)

Saturday, October 30th public Fall Festival

- VIP section for booth/table placement 

- An area to set up a table or booth during the fall festival on Saturday

* Each registered sponsor is required to bring their own table/booth and must provide treats for children during the fall festival (Saturday, October 30th).

Sponsor Registration Directions: In order to register, please follow the steps below.

1. Click the plus sign on quantity number below
2. If you require extra tickets food/drink tickets, select the amount needed
3. The system will calculate the total of registration (and tickets if needed)
4. Ensure that the total is correct, then press the "checkout" button
5. After that, you'll be sent to the registration form
6. Fill out the requested fields
7. Click the submit button
8. An email will be sent with registration confirmation for the event
